Late Fee: Double the Fee
- Building - value $0 - $999 --- No Fee
- Building - value $1000 - $9,999 --- $25.00
- Building - value $10,000 - $39,000 --- $50.00
- Building - value $40,000 - $99,000 --- $100.00
- Building - value $100,000 plus --- $200.00
Plumbing
- $6.00 per fixture with a minimum cost of $24.00

This department is responsible for:
- Administering and enforcing the Towns Land Use, Shoreland Zoning Provisions, Safety, and Flood Plain Management ordinances.
- Administering and enforcing Federal, State, and Local regulations governing building construction projects.
- Ensuring compliance with these rules and regulations by reviewing plans prior to construction and conducting ongoing inspections.
- Issuing all permits associated with construction projects, building, plumbing, and septic.
- Providing research, technical and staff support to the Board of Appeals and Planning Board.
