Goals
The Assessing Department is committed to making sure that your real estate and personal property are valued fairly and equitably. Updated valuations may be made periodically to stay as current with market value as possible. Because of this you may see a fluxuation in your tax bill from year to year. If you find any discrepancies on your tax bills please contact the Bethel Town Office to speak with the Assistant to the Board of Assessors.
Assessing services are provided by William Van Tuinen Tax Assessment Services on a contractual basis.
